Perhaps there is value in determining WHY a particular task requires more self-discipline to complete than another? <BR/><BR/>Certainly there are many things that are worth doing which require a great deal of self-discipline. For me, an example of that would be my efforts to keep my body healthy with a good diet and plenty of exercise. I know that it's worth the effort, but it still isn't always easy to motivate myself to go to the gym or to pass up a tasty treat.
